Reading Po Po the Pulled Pork reminded me of a traditional Hawaiian Kalua pig cooked in an underground oven called an Imu when I was in high school in Hawaii. I suddenly crave for a pull pork barbeque sandwich for lunch. The story is short, sweet, and cute. It would have been perfect if there were illustrations on every page or perhaps a pop-up storybook maybe? That would be awesome!
